Aromatherapy made simple. You will learn about some commonly used oils and how to use them safely; we will talk about any contraindications with the oils. We will cover what each of the oils can be used to treat. Each student will get a script of the information covered in the classes. In these classes we will discuss what Aromatherapy is and how plant oils work for human medicinal application. We will also cover ways to use the oils through inhalation or topically and how to determine what best meets your needs. In addition, you will learn how to choose a pure oil, how to store your oils and how to blend them for safe use.You'll be able to make one of the following products to take home with you!
